Job Summary

This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries and converting them into sales through professional product consultation, quotation follow-up, and excellent customer service. You will communicate with customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and showroom consultations, providing sales support throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email to ensure timely communication
• Provide product consultation to showroom walk-in customers to assist in selecting suitable flooring solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to advance sales opportunities
• Coordinate order processing and delivery arrangements with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and sales activity logs for effective tracking
• Deliver professional service to customers throughout their buying journey to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Support marketing efforts by assisting with project showcases, product displays, and social media content as needed
• Attend project site visits or customer meetings by appointment to provide on-site support when required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, showroom sales, or related roles
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented with disciplined follow-up to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Experience in renovation, building materials, flooring, furniture, or interior design industries is advantageous
• Must possess the legal right to work in Singapore

Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500
• Sales Commission (1% of sales value)
• Commission during probation period: 0.5% of sales value
• High performers have earned additional monthly commissions of S$1,000 – S$3,000+
