Sales Coordinator

Salary: S$3,000 to S$3,200 per month

Location: Singapore

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

About Us

We are a rapidly growing engineering and construction support company specializing in ACMV, HVAC, metal ducting fabrication, ventilation systems, fire-rated duct systems, water pump and tank solutions, generators, and other mechanical engineering products and services. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily sales operations and activities.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, sales proposals, invoices, and related documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, project teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide timely updates on quotations and orders.
• Process sales orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Assist the Sales Team in preparing presentations and project documentation.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure proper documentation filing.
• Support business development activities and customer relationship management.
• Perform general administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in construction, HVAC, ACMV, metal ducting, or engineering industries will be an advantage but is not required.
