Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions and orders
• Create Quotations and Sales Orders for processing orders
• Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists for shipping
• Coordinate with local and international customers and shipping companies about delivery times
• Work with various departments to ensure orders, customer inquiries, and deliveries are managed quickly and efficiently
• Give the Accounts Department details for billing
• Do other administrative tasks as needed

• Must have at least GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma
• At least 2 years of work experience is preferred
• Need to know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other administrative software
• Should have strong people skills and be good at communicating
