Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Designer
• Working Location: Geylang
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm; Alt Sat, 9.00 am - 1.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at their locations to understand their needs and gather necessary information for the project.
• Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements and measurements.
• Measure spaces accurately to ensure that orders align with client specifications and project requirements.
• Engage with customers to introduce products and solutions, close sales deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Advise clients on product selections and solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Work closely with the interior design team to provide tailored solutions to customers.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. 
• Experience in interior design is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide precise measurements and estimates.
• Willing and able to travel to client sites.
