We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to join our management team and drive the next phase of business growth.
This is not a traditional sales manager role.
We are looking for someone who can build people, improve systems, increase revenue and lead the entire commercial operation of the company.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Managing Director to develop business strategies, improve sales performance and expand the company into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach and manage the entire retail sales team.
• Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales consultants.
• Build a strong sales culture focused on customer experience and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Develop future sales leaders within the company.

• Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies.
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Improve sales conversion rates.
• Increase average order value.
• Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Create promotional campaigns together with the marketing team.

• Develop partnerships with interior designers, developers, contractors and architects.
• Expand corporate and B2B sales channels.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Explore new products and business categories.
• Support regional business expansion where applicable.

• Drive overall company revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance and profitability.
• Improve gross profit margins.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing retail or commercial sales teams.
• Proven track record of growing revenue.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent business acumen.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience building teams and systems.
• Experience in CRM and sales process optimisation.
