Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Medical industry. They are looking for a Sales Director to manage their Sales team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible. The Sales Director is responsible for:

Duties

• Responsible for overseeing all sales operations, including manpower allocation and management of sales staff.
• Coordinate activities from the marketing department to sales managers.
• Communicate with Accounts regarding payments from Doctors, prepare correspondence for Doctors, and manage sales staff commissions.
• Collaborate with Operations on matters such as CBC, pending issues, cancellation lists, and other relevant concerns.
• Coordinate with the marketing department on Baby Events, seminars, corporate events, LW talks, and other activities.
• Participate in various events including Baby Events, seminars, corporate events, Antenatal talks, Lab visits, and LW talks.
• Organize internal meetings with sales managers and staff to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Conduct joint visits with the sales team to explore new accounts, foster relationships with O&G Doctors and nurses, as well as hospital departments.
• Fulfill other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min 4 to 10 years of experience in sales and team management
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft
