Do you have the drive to make things happen? Can you make the difference? Apply for the position as Director Sales Nacelle MRO APAC with ST Engineering. We are looking for a colleague who together with the rest of the team can meet the ambitious growth strategy that we have launched for the coming years.
Our Sales and Marketing department team members work on a global basis, and you will be the key responsible for your own customer base. We expect you have proven track records in aircraft Nacelle systems, either from a technical or commercial angle. And we expect that you are capable of contract negotiating, can engage new customers, manage strategic accounts, and drive sales. Furthermore, we expect you to challenge existing procedures and think out of the box.

Personal qualifications
• Independent, individualist, goal orientated self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment.
• Creative and open minded willing to address customer centric needs through innovative solutions which addresses challenges related to the customer
• Customer orientated – comfortable with dynamic communications with both internal and external customers.
• Strong service orientation with an understanding of the importance of satisfied customers.
• Open and direct, strong prioritization skills and ability to resolve conflicts
Relevant Experience:
• BA/BS in Sales and Marketing and / or Engineering
• Relevant experience with personal sales in an international environment.
• Written and spoken English on negotiation level
• Other language competencies desired
• 5-7 years of experience with sales with nacelle knowledge
• Knowledge of the Aviation MRO industry
Work- and responsibility area:
• As the lead for Nacelle MRO Sales in APAC, your role is for the geographic territory customers / business opportunities:
• Lead team in the development of customized customer centric Programs
• Lead cross company team interactions with your regional customers
• Support ongoing contracts by managing customer relations
• Lead campaign team and close negotiations within your geographic region
• Engage customers and grow customer base to secure sales plan
• Responsible for defining and achieving company sales plan for assigned region
• Define regional business developments and sales opportunities
• Propose regional strategic business engagement plans
· Analyze and update the regional marketing and sales business base
• Continuously work for development of the ST Engineering image
• Participate in conferences, air shows and customer seminars and arrangements.
• Extensive travelling will be required – travel estimated at 30-40%
• Promote ST Engineering products and capabilities when engaging with customers
