Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,350 + Incentive + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Attend product and application training to build technical knowledge.
• Provide consultative, solution-based sales support to customers.
• Visit manufacturing customers regularly to understand application needs.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions for quality control, reliability, research, and design applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sales consultations, and customer follow-ups.
• Develop new customers and manage assigned sales territory.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and technical requests.
• Support new product launches, seminars, trade shows, and sales activities.
• Plan and execute account strategies to grow market share.
• Manage daily sales activities independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Interest in technical sales, automation, and manufacturing environments.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to learn technical products.
• Comfortable with customer visits and frequent travelling.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and professional environment.
• Valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
• Company vehicle is provided.
