Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (office location)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm; Alternate Sat 9 am – 1 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Commission* + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit current and potential clients to promote product and service offerings.
• Respond to inquiries from purchasers and technical superintendents, with support from sales coordinators.
• Generate and provide service and sales quotations as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls for significant proposals created by sales coordinators.
• Visit vessels to build relationships with technical superintendents and chief engineers.
• Submit a daily report of client visits, to be reviewed with the sales, general manager, and production teams on Wednesday mornings.
• Set sales goals and establish client targets and expected sales volumes.
• Cultivate new client relationships both domestically and internationally.

• At least NITEC in any Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in marine service/ trading company, prefer doing outdoor sales/ marketing
• Good in presentation & good knowledge of using MS Office
