• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $5,000 + Up to $2,000 or more Commissions + Transport Allowance / Claims

They are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop new opportunities, manage strategic accounts and deliver solution-based robotic automation proposals.

You will engage decision-makers across multiple industries, shape customised automation solutions and manage the full commercial cycle from initial discussion to order completion and account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with end customers, system partners and robotic integrators.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations and commercial discussions.
• Visit customer sites to understand requirements and propose suitable robotic automation solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and manage negotiations and order processing.
• Support contract renewals and long-term account growth.
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automation, robotics, industrial technology or B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record in business development and sales growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand technical and business needs.
• Good presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Able to engage senior management and operational stakeholders professionally.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Relevant industry network will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to handle business correspondence, quotations, service updates and follow-up communication with an existing group of customers who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
