Sales Executive

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development for a portfolio of products. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Sales

• Grow and develop the market for assigned portfolio within assigned territories.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth.
• Manage and expand relationships with hospitals and clinics.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and market activities.
• Communicate business trends and insights internally to the team and Manager.
• Conduct daily pre-call planning and post-call reviews.
• Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities and call planning.

Product/Marketing

• Organize and participate in medical talks, events, and product exhibitions.
• Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities in assigned hospitals and clinics.
• Plan and execute regular blitz campaigns in hospitals and clinics.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in dermatology sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
• Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Passionate about sales and building long-term customer relationships.
• Dynamic, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
