Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts to increase sales revenue and market presence
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector through strategic outreach
• Conduct field sales activities, coordinate operations, and perform client visits to strengthen relationships
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive and high-quality service
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and generate regular reports for management
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account discipline to support cash flow
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support account growth and achieve sales targets

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 3 Driving License to perform field sales and client visits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in related sectors
• Availability to start immediately or on short notice
