Sales Executive

• Attend to customer enquiries from online platforms such as WhatsApp, Carousell, Instagram and TikTok.
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Recommend suitable motorcycles based on customers' needs and explain product features, pricing and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct motorcycle viewings and test rides.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Prepare sales documentation and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth delivery of motorcycles.
• Support promotional activities by assisting with online listings and basic social media content when required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2A or Class 2 motorcycle licence.
• Passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry.
• Sales-driven with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage customers confidently and provide excellent service.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Carousell, Instagram and TikTok.
• Prior sales experience is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
