Job Summary

You will drive sales growth by actively identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed sales targets in a business-to-business environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement
• Identify and connect with key contacts in target companies using outbound calls, emails, and social media to generate new business leads
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up on after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and sustain positive business and customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and optimize customer experience
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high service standards
• Prepare and present sales progress reports and presentations to the General Manager (Sales)
• Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in a Business-to-Business sales environment

• Experience selling within the region
