Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote the company's products and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
• Monitor order progress and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Handle customer feedback, service issues, and claims professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct customer visits locally and overseas when required.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the semiconductor, electronic components, PCB, EMS, or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfortable travelling locally and overseas as required for customer engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
