Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing key accounts, developing new business, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services within assigned territories, product ranges, or customer portfolios to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
• Manage relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Conduct client visits and deliver product presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within approved guidelines to secure profitable sales agreements.
• Close sales and ensure timely order processing to meet revenue goals and maintain customer trust.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and execute sales plans (annual, monthly, weekly) and prioritize activities to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Lead and support team members by monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement in sales outcomes.

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate Japanese language proficiency to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders, facilitating clear and accurate business interactions.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience to effectively manage accounts and drive business growth.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold a valid driving license to support sales activities; a vehicle will be provided if licensed.
