Job Summary

You will develop and maintain customer relationships across restaurants, bars, retail shops, and beverage sales channels to promote products, support sales growth, and achieve company sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer accounts in restaurants, bars, retail shops, and other beverage sales channels to increase sales
• Promote the company’s alcohol and beverage products to expand market presence and attract new customers
• Identify potential customers and build long-term business relationships to support sustained sales growth
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure timely fulfillment
• Provide customer service and after-sales support to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by the company through effective sales strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in sales, beverages, or the F&B industry to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation to adapt and grow in the role
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with the Singapore local market to better identify and approach potential customers
• Ability to travel for customer visits when required to maintain strong client relationships

Salary:

SGD 3,000–4,000 (depending on qualifications) + commission
