Sales Executive

Job Summary

Drive sales growth by promoting and marketing training courses, identifying business opportunities, and managing client relationships to meet sales targets in a dynamic training services environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market training courses and services to individuals and corporate clients to increase enrollment and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads to expand the client base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
• Provide professional advice on suitable training programs based on clients’ specific needs and objectives
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on enquiries promptly, and close sales effectively to achieve targets
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth course registration and timely delivery of training services
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company through strategic sales planning and execution
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and participate in networking events to promote the company’s offerings
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and deliver excellent after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction
• Prepare detailed sales reports and provide regular updates to management for informed decision-making
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support business objectives and team success

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to the training or education industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client engagement and sales activities
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
