Job Responsibilities:
Develop and follow up on sales leads.
Responsible for personal sales portfolio.
Establish deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and key market trends.
Liaise with new and existing customers, able to advise and propose suitable training programs.
Proactively seek new sales/business opportunities and untapped account potential.
Establish good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
