Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of broadband, mobile, and related telecom services to meet and exceed targets
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and upselling
• Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service activation and customer satisfaction
Requirements
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or related industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with broadband and mobile products is an advantage
