Sales Executive

Job Overview:

• Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Promote, upsell, and cross-sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts assigned by the management.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, feedback, and after-sales service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation where required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors' offerings, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with cold calling and business development activities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
