Job Summary

You will engage potential customers, present smart card products, prepare quotations, maintain sales records, coordinate deliveries, and gather market feedback to support sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and visits to generate sales leads
• Present and explain smart card products clearly to customers and prepare accurate quotations
• Update and maintain customer information and sales records in the system to ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with the production team to confirm delivery schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Collect and report market feedback to supervisors to support product and service improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completed secondary education or higher
• Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with local clients
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate patience and an outgoing attitude
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings

• Salary: S$1,800 – 3,600/month
