Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our jewellery products and services to walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all displays and merchandise are well presented. This role involves a combination of sales, customer service, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Promote jewellery products and services to walk-in customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Answer phone calls professionally and in line with operational standards.

Administrative Duties:

• Open and close sales and pawn accounts accurately.
• Arrange and manage pledges efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.

Merchandising and Display:

• Ensure all displays and merchandise are well-presented and attractively arranged.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the manager.

Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively as a team player, supporting colleagues as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer service.

Others:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure the store is tidy and presentable at all times.
