Main Job Scope Summary:
Responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling existing customer accounts and driving revenue growth across the existing company's sales businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities and revenue growth for the company's services and solutions.
* Proactively approach potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development activities.
* Promote and sell:
- Internet connectivity services
- IT maintenance contracts
- IT hardware solutions
- Software and cybersecurity solutions
* Conduct customer meetings/ presentations to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
2. Account Management
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support for all accounts.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company.
3. Contract Renewal Management
* Monitor and track service renewal timelines.
* Engage customers early to secure renewal of the existing businesses.
* Identify opportunities for service upgrades or additional solutions.
4. Sales Administration
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with customers.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
* Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in IT, telecommunications, or technology solutions.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop new business opportunities.
* Self-motivated with strong initiative.
* Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
