We are looking for a driven and energetic B2B Sales Executive (Hunter Role) to expand our customer base and accelerate our growth in Singapore.
As a B2B Sales Executive – Hunter Role at Averlution, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for our AI and digital solutions portfolio.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events
• Promote Averlution’s Agentic AI and digital transformation solutions
• Understand customer pain points and propose suitable AI-driven solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer success
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies
• Participate in exhibitions, partner engagements, and industry networking events
• 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong passion and learning attitude may also be considered
• Experience in technology, software, industrial automation, AI, SaaS, or solution sales is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Hunter mindset with strong drive to achieve sales targets
• Highly independent, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and management teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields preferred
• Existing network in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise sectors
• Experience in AI, automation, IoT, or digital transformation projects
• Understanding of consultative or solution-based selling
• Experience working with regional partners or system integrators
