We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our front-line business development team. In this role, you will be the spearhead of our market expansion, primarily focusing on proactive field visits to local F&B outlets, supermarkets, and food supply chain businesses. Your core mission is to uncover potential needs for commercial refrigeration equipment, build trust with key decision-makers, provide professional solutions, and successfully close deals to drive revenue growth.
Proactive Canvassing & Lead Generation: Take ownership of assigned territories by conducting high-frequency field visits and door-to-door canvassing. Quickly identify and engage with key decision-makers to acquire valuable customer information and uncover equipment procurement needs.
Consultative Selling & Solution Matching: Deeply understand customers' pain points regarding cold chain preservation and back-of-house refrigeration. Propose the most cost-effective equipment solutions, leveraging your knowledge of local industry standardsand.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation. Accurately gauge customer readiness, overcome objections, and effectively close deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Diligently record daily visit logs, customer feedback, and prospect information. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships through regular follow-ups to drive repeat business and generate industry referrals.
Market Intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears of the company on the ground. Gather vital market trends and competitor activities during your field visits to help refine the company's product offerings and sales strategies.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door canvassing, or a background in the commercial kitchen/F&B supply chain industry is highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Exceptional "ice-breaking" skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with strangers. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Attributes: Highly goal-oriented, resilient, and self-driven. Comfortable and willing to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced outdoor field sales environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin (or other local languages) to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of local business owners and decision-makers.
Compensation: Competitive base salary + an attractive, tiered, and uncapped commission structure based on performance.
