Sales Executive – Commercial & Refrigerated Vehicles

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell commercial vehicles, refrigerated trucks, vehicle bodies and refrigeration systems.
• Handle vehicle rental enquiries and introduce suitable solutions based on customers’ operational needs.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, social media and customer visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with logistics companies, food distributors, fleet owners and other business customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and vehicle specifications.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams on vehicle availability, installation and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, sales progress and customer follow-ups.
• Provide after-sales support and assist customers with servicing, repairs and warranty-related enquiries.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, logistics equipment or related industries is preferred.
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered if they have a strong interest in automotive sales.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing new customers.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to communicate with different customers and suppliers.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Basic salary: $2,200 to $8,000 per month
