We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our presence in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe & Catering) segment across Singapore. This is a field-based role with a work-from-home arrangement – you'll spend most of your time visiting customers on-site, with periodic visits to the office for meetings with management. • Identify, approach and develop new customers within theHORECA segment – hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars and catering companies across Singapore.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing HORECA accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Conduct regular in-person customer visits to present products/services, understand customer needs and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and industry trends within the HORECA space.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer visits and pipeline status.
Attend periodic in-office meetings with management for planning, reporting and coordination
• 1–2 years of sales experience; experience in HORECA,F&B, or FMCG distribution is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with restaurant/hotel owners, chefs and procurement staff.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role.
• Comfortable with frequent travel around Singapore to visit customers.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Microsoft 365
• Singapore Citizen, PR, or Malaysian
Work Arrangement
This role is primarily work-from-home. You will spend the majority of your time visiting HORECA customers on-site across Singapore, with occasional visits to the office required for meetings and coordination with management.
• Basic salary up to SGD $3,000 per month.
