Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking / Freight Forwarding, Up to $5k, Central)

Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to support shipment arrangement and information as and when required.

What Will You Do

• To manage activities involving sea export, sea import, warehousing and trucking.
• To support shipment arrangement and information as and when required.
• To handle all customers’ enquiries and quotations timely and effectively.
• To provide comprehensive service to all aspects of customer's requirement or problem solutions to handle their shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

What Do You Want

• At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding.
• At least a JLPT N1 certificate to be able to communicate with Japan clients.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
