Sales Executive (Laboratory services)

Responsibilities:

• Grow and service existing accounts
• Develop new business and increase customer base
• Attend to sales enquiries, sales support work including quotation, tender submission, vendor registration and follow up
• To prepare marketing materials and carries out through advertisement and web page
• Gather market intelligence on competitor’s pricing and activities
• Analyse and review customer feedback on project works and laboratory services
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in sales visits and cold calls to potential customers
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemistry or Sales related disciplines
• Experience in laboratory sales will be added advantages
• Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationship
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Able to multi-task and work in fast pace working environment
• Ability to establish rapport easily
