Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Executive (Market Research)
• Working Location: Queenstown
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM, Saturday half day)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,600 + Transport Allowance + Bonus
• Duration: Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door interviews to gather market research data.
• Represent the company professionally to the public and articulate the purpose of the research clearly and concisely.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of interviews and data collected.
• Meet or exceed set targets for number of interviews conducted and information gathered.
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data collected.
• Persuade respondents to participate in interviews in a non-intrusive and ethical manner.
• Provide feedback to the research team on potential improvements to interview scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate daily travel routes to maximize efficiency and coverage of designated areas.
• Uphold company policies and standards during all interactions.
• Stay informed on market research techniques and industry trends.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field where direct interaction with the public is key.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data collection and entry; experience with research methods is a plus.
