Membership Sales – NTUC Project

Job Summary

Promote and enroll members for NTUC Union membership by explaining benefits clearly and achieving monthly sales targets with full training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote NTUC Union membership actively to potential members across islandwide locations
• Explain membership benefits and value clearly to help members make informed decisions
• Achieve or exceed monthly membership sign-up targets consistently
• Communicate confidently and engage members in a friendly, proactive manner
• Apply sales and customer service skills to build rapport and close membership sign-ups
• Participate in full training programs to develop sales techniques and product knowledge

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required
