Responsibilities
• Handling & taking care of company accounts/customers under his responsibility. • Canvass for new accounts/customers locally. • Sell/market to oversea customers. • Preparation & follow-up of quotes made to local customers and overseas customers. • Oversee and execute sales administrative support (Important: provide backorders update to local customers and overseas customer). • Monitor order status and provide updates to all the customers. • Arrangement and filing of documents (e.g. quotation, credit note (CN), sales order confirmation (SO) and etc.). • Ensure compliance to company policies, financial, process and industrial standards.
Requirements
• Minimum GCE O level and 2 years of industrial sales experience will be an added advantage. • Positive attitude and willing to accept challenges. • Enjoy doing sales & marketing as well as meeting people. • Possess Class 3 License with own car.
