Sales Executive (Printing & Packaging)

• Position: Sales Executive (Printing & Packaging)
• Location: Senoko Loop (15 minutes walk from Woodlands North MRT station
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.15pm
• Salary: Basic up to $4,500 + Monthly Commission + Bonus
• Benefits: Transport allowance for candidates with own car + Mobile claim up to $100 + Company car provided during office hours
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established company in the printing and packaging industry and is looking for a driven Sales Executive to support business growth, manage customer relationships and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
• This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy outdoor sales, client servicing, business development and account management. Candidates with direct experience in printing, packaging, paper, carton, label or related manufacturing sales will be strongly considered.

Compensation Package:

• Basic salary up to $4,500, depending on experience
• Monthly commission at 1%, based on sales target
• Bonus provided
• Transport allowance provided for candidates with own car
• Mobile claim up to $100
• Company car provided during office hours

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and sales prospects
• Establishing contact and building strong relationships with prospective customers
• Planning and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Maintaining good relationships with existing customers through professional service
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints and sales follow-ups
• Achieving individual and company sales targets
• Monitoring market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
• Managing sales collection and payment follow-ups
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 2 years of related B2B sales experience
• Sales experience in printing, packaging, paper, carton, label or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage
• Candidates with printing knowledge will be highly preferred
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and objectives
• Possess Class 3 driving licence
• Candidates with or without own car may be considered, as company car will be provided during office hours
