Sales Executive (Waste Management)

Basic information: 

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturdays 8am - 12pm
• Basic UP $5500
• Location: West
• MUST have own transport

Job Scope: 

• Drive new business development and manage existing client accounts within the waste management industry.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through research, networking, lead generation, and cold outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry services, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates for management review.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of client issues.
• Represent the company at industry events, including trade shows and conferences, to generate leads and expand business networks.

Additional Information: 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in waste management sales or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a professional and presentable demeanor.
• Must have possession of own transportation.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Solid understanding of the waste management industry, including its products and services.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel when required.
