Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the print , packaging and event industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and coordinating closely with production and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and business growth.
• Identify and secure new customers in printing, packaging, event, and related industries.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
• Conduct regular customer visits, follow-ups, and business presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, planning, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business development activities when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in printing, packaging, event, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, event and production workflow will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess valid driving license and willing to travel for customer visits.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in offset printing, digital printing, labels, event or packaging products.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and provide suitable printing and event solutions.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
