· Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the shipping, maritime and offshore sectors.
· Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract closure.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, operators, and key industry stakeholders.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and global business objectives.
· Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
· Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
· Coordinate closely with internal departments (engineering, services, projects and operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
· Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for senior management.
