As we continue to expand our retail presence and customer experience, we are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead, manage and motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom traffic, customer conversion and revenue.

•⁠ ⁠Recruit, train, coach and mentor sales consultants to build a high-performing sales team.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor sales performance, KPIs and customer satisfaction, and implement continuous improvements.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.

•⁠ ⁠Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

•⁠ ⁠Develop sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, interior designers, contractors and business partners.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper inventory coordination with operations and warehouse teams.

•⁠ ⁠Handle escalated customer issues professionally and maintain high service standards.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare regular management reports, sales forecasts and business performance analysis.

•⁠ ⁠Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related discipline.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of retail sales management experience.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in the home improvement, renovation, furniture, doors, windows, digital locks or building materials industry will be an advantage.
