SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and go-to-market initiatives that align with broader company business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. This includes establishing quotas, performance metrics, and managing compensation plans.
• Revenue Management & Forecasting: Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budget oversight. Carry direct accountability for annual revenue targets and monitor sales performance against KPIs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market data, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure integrated strategies and seamless delivery of products or services.
