Job Description - sales manager

Develop Sales StrategiesCreate and implement sales plans to achieve business goals.Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Lead and Manage the Sales TeamRecruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales representatives.Set individual and team sales targets.Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
Achieve Sales TargetsMonitor sales performance and ensure revenue goals are met.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed.
Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers.Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities.Develop partnerships and expand the customer base.
Sales Forecasting and ReportingPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Market AnalysisMonitor competitors, market conditions, and customer preferences.Recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
Coordinate with Other DepartmentsWork closely with marketing, finance, operations, and customer service teams.Ensure smooth order processing and timely product delivery.
