Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team • Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer base • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Implement new sales plans • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to management • Identify emerging markets and market shifts • Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales • Perform other duties assigned by the director
Requirements
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager • Committed to continuous education • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels • Proven ability to drive the sales process • Strong business sense and industry expertise • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures • Ability to work under pressure • Availability to work within opening hours
