Job Description - Sales Manager

Since 2020, SGST Pte Ltd has operated as our overseas affiliate from South Korea, further expanding our global reach.

Job Responsibilities

· Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.

· Identify new opportunities, applications, segments, and markets for products and capabilities by understanding our products and recognizing market and customer dynamics.

· Forecast sales targets, track and record activity on accounts, and help to close deals to meet these targets for the territory.

· Address customer problems and coordinate with related departments to provide appropriate solutions.

· Support customer development project management activities, collaborating with marketing teams in Korea.

· Build relationships with new customers.

· Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and extend global reach.

· Meet with potential clients to develop long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or engineering field or marketing.

· Minimum 7 years of demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, including technical sales/account management experience in the semiconductor industry. Project management experience is a plus.

· Strong negotiation skills and convincing appearance.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Strong English verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

· Team player who works well in complex cross-functional, global business environments.

· Commitment, initiative, flexibility, and high willingness to travel (>30%).
