Responsibilities
• Acquiring new customers and increasing revenue from existing accounts • New business development (60%) and current account sales management (40%) • Building relationships with customers to drive profitable sales • Meeting volume and revenue targets in Freight Forwarder sales channels • Coordinating cross-trade business related to Singapore • Supporting network/agent business by arranging shipments and providing information as needed • Delivering optimal logistical solutions to customers • Monitoring and achieving customer KPIs • Preparing and issuing quotes, tenders, and SOPs • Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
Requirements
• At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline • Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & Distribution/ Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales presentations • Able to start immediately or within short notice
