Sales Manager -Marine Product & Services

Angle Recruitment is partnering with a reputable maritime product and service provider to hire a Marine Sales Manager for their Singapore office.

This role reports to the Head of Sales and is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence within the maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales
• Maintain and update CRM and sales records
• Develop new business through client visits, cold calling, and account management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, fleet managers, and procurement teams
• Work closely with internal technical, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Negotiate contracts and support internal review processes
• Participate in industry events and exhibitions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Experience in marine or offshore industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and results-driven
