Sales Manager [Maritime - Satellite / Comms]

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities with new and existing clients in the marine and offshore sectors.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Leverage product, service, and operational knowledge to support customer solutions and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Prepare and review sales proposals, and negotiate contracts for management approval.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to identify prospects and track market developments.
• Deliver professional presentations to prospective clients across assigned territories.
• Engage and influence senior decision-makers to secure business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong business acumen, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the marine industry with knowledge of maritime satellite services is an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a Radio Officer is an added advantage.
• Established network and customer relationships with ship managers or ship owners is an added advantage.
