Job Description - SALES MANAGER (REMOTE)

Remote Sales Team Leadership: Provide remote leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting sales targets, developing strategies, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue goals in the construction sector.
Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key clients remotely, including contractors, developers, architects, and building owners, to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for new business.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct remote market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the construction industry. Develop sales strategies and tactics to penetrate target markets and expand market share.
Virtual Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and negotiations with clients using video conferencing and online communication tools, effectively communicating the value proposition of construction products and services.
Remote Sales Training and Development: Provide remote training and development opportunities for the sales team, including product knowledge sessions, sales techniques workshops, and skill enhancement programs, to ensure high-performance standards.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Implement remote sales reporting systems to track sales performance, analyze data, and generate sales forecasts. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales metrics, market trends, and business opportunities.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
