Sales Manager, SEA

Job Summary

Responsible for SEA sales by developing sales strategies, securing new business, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive sales growth and build customer relationships in the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the region
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the SEA region
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure seamless customer support
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand customer roadmaps, market developments, and competitors’ intelligence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 8 years of regional sales experience in chemical / adhesive products
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to travel within the SEA region
