SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (EXCLUDING FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES)

Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for potential clients, ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Present and explain quotations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
• Schedule and arrange appointments with potential and existing customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability and prepare for meetings
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
• Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with technical support and service teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences
• Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time
• Provide assistance to customers regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to facilitate the sales process
• Address day-to-day challenges and proactively find solutions to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Degree in Business or Marketing or related equivalent
• At least 2 years working experiences in Sales and Marketing experience is preferred
• Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
• Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality work
• Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Able to face challenging tasks and meet high standards and deadlines
• Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours
• Require working overnight to collaborate closely with drone pilot to prepare in advance when having drone show
• 6 working days per week
