Sales & Marketing Manager (B2B/B2C) - Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Establish, and supervise strategies for different departments regarding nutrition initiatives.
• Develop a plan, explain the qualities and advantages of the product, and create marketing narratives for all media platforms
• Implement marketing strategies, product life cycles, and commercial innovations for new product launches.
• Examine trends, competitor market research, and industry practices for development of products.
• Gather important insights from analytics data to inform the creation of future campaigns and go-to-market plans, along with official suggestions and ideas.
• Provide concepts on marketing campaigns, budgets, and strategies.
• Establish and track sales targets in relation to actual sales and stock levels
• Provide instructions to ensure that new product content is announced and marketed consistently across all media platforms.
• Organize product programs and events with skilled speakers and sales abilities.
• Arrange training sessions for products.
• Effectively handle remarks and complaints.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• At least 5 – 6 years of marketing experience in nutritional, wellness or health related industry
• Prior Nutritionist or Health Coach background will be an added advantage
