Sales Merchandiser (Winter Honey)

Winter Honey is looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Merchandiser to support our growing retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, maintaining strong relationships with retail outlets, and driving sales growth through excellent merchandising and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all assigned retail outlets are fully stocked and products are properly replenished.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and take proactive action to prevent out-of-stock situations.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain good working relationships with store managers, supervisors, and outlet staff.

•⁠ ⁠Take orders from outlets and ensure timely submission for processing.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular store visits according to the assigned route schedule.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising standards and planograms.

•⁠ ⁠Set up and maintain promotional displays, point-of-sale materials, and product visibility.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stocks using the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method.

•⁠ ⁠Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

•⁠ ⁠Resolve minor outlet issues and provide feedback to management promptly.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and merchandising updates.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in new product launches, roadshows, and promotional activities when required.

•⁠ ⁠Work independently to achieve assigned merchandising and sales targets.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level or equivalent.

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in merchandising, FMCG sales, retail operations, or supermarket servicing is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Physically fit and comfortable travelling between multiple outlets daily.

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with supermarkets, minimarts, convenience stores, and retail channels in Singapore.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and mobile reporting applications is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Possess a valid Class 2B/2A/2 license with motorcycle is preferred.

Advantages

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with merchandising best practices and FMCG distribution is preferred.
